What part of your daily workflow keeps the pharmacy running smoothly behind the scenes?
Honestly, staying on top of inventory and keeping the workflow organized. Knowing what’s coming in, what needs attention, and what’s coming up next prevents little issues from turning into big ones—and keeps everything moving smoothly.
What’s your favorite part of managing dispensing and shipping?
My favorite part of working in the pharmacy is helping patients and knowing that the work we do makes a difference in their health and everyday lives. I also enjoy being part of a supportive team and working together to take care of our patients.

My favorite part about shipping is knowing that the work I do helps patients get their medications safely and on time. I also enjoy the teamwork and staying busy throughout the day.
What snack keeps you going during busy shipping days?
Cherry pepsi and a good snack—usually popcorn or chocolate! They help keep me energized and ready to tackle those busy shipping days
If you could have one “pharmacy superpower,” what would it be and why?
My pharmacy superpower would be the ability to never make a mistake, no matter how busy the pharmacy gets! I’d use it to make sure every medication is accurate, every package is shipped on time, and every patient gets exactly what they need.
If your shipping team had a mascot, what would it be?
If our shipping team had a mascot, it would be a busy little bee! We’re always moving, working together, and making sure every package gets where it needs to go. Just like bees, teamwork and staying organized help us get the job done!
What’s your go‑to break activity that resets your brain?
A quick walk outside with no phone. Ten minutes of fresh air and a change of scenery usually does more for my brain than scrolling ever could.
