Connie is a long-time compounding industry veteran with over 20 years of service. She began her career in Sales and her diverse skill set, natural management talent and business savvy has led to her constant growth and promotion. Connie leads our Customer Service teams for both prescribers and patients, coordinates the dispensing and lab processes, and is part of our Marketing team.
Pharmacist-in-Charge
Scott is a 1990 graduate of the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Science and has over 20 years of compounding management experience. He also holds several state licenses and serves as our compliance officer for those states. Scott is a gifted and versatile pharmacist with a broad range of skills including regulatory compliance and licensing, accreditation management, operations and hands-on lab skills. Scott also supervises our dispensing and customer service processes and assures the accuracy of each order leaving the pharmacy.
Non-Sterile Lab Manager
Robert has over 20 years of lab management experience and is the maestro behind our beautiful topical products. His extensive lab skills grew from his success in the fine-dining restaurant business, where he learned to perfect product quality and delight customers. Robert maintains USP 795 and 800 compliance in our labs and assures our compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. He also is instrumental in our product development process.

Dispensing Manager
Rochelle manages our vital inventory and dispensing processes from arrival to final shipping. This major role requires her to manage multiple processes to assure all orders are processed efficiently and accurately every day.
Customer Service Representative/Compounding Technician
Christina Sawyer has been a licensed pharmacy technician since 2017. Her career began at Walgreens, where she developed expert customer service skills and billing expertise. In 2022, Christina began a new and challenging role at Health First Hospital by specializing in sterile compounding, which led to an ongoing interest in compounding and lab work. Christina’s diverse skill set allows her to excel at both traditional technician roles as well as high level non-sterile compounding.

Bryanna began her career in pharmacy at CVS and has been licensed for 3 years. Prior to working in pharmacy, Bryanna served as a customer service specialist for over 10 years. Her strong background in both pharmacy and customer services allows Bryanna to excel at both order processing and assisting both prescribers and patients.
