It depends. If your prescription is a controlled substance, then an adult must sign for the package. If it’s not a controlled substance, then the delivery method can be left to the driver.

Once shipped, delivery time varies based on the medication. Medications requiring refrigeration will be shipped with an ice pack overnight.

If your prescription is a controlled prescriptions or signature required, the delivery service should leave a message with redelivery instructions. For non-controlled prescriptions, it is at the discretion of the delivery service to leave the package if it is safe to do so.
